Priorizza · Version dated October 10, 2026

Data controller: DBH Datamining Ltda.

1. About this policy

DBH Datamining Ltda is responsible for the Priorizza app and the data processing described in this policy, which covers the app and this website's contact channels. For questions or requests about your data, write to dbh.datamining@gmail.com.

2. Data and purposes

  • Account: name, email and user identifier for authentication, profile and synchronization. You can sign in with email and password or with your Google account.
  • Personal organization: habits, tasks, categories, completions, focus sessions, preferences and needs-related records, to provide the features you choose.
  • Subscriptions: account identifiers and information about purchases, products and Premium access, to verify, restore and manage benefits.
  • Support: name, email, subject and message content to respond to your request.
  • Advertising: the advertising SDK may process device identifiers and technical and interaction data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, according to applicable configuration and choices.

3. Storage and services used

The app keeps local data on your device. When you use an account and synchronization, data may be stored in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. RevenueCat and Google Play support subscription management; Google AdMob supports advertising; and EmailJS sends messages from the app's contact form. These providers may process data in other countries.

See the providers' information: Google, Firebase, RevenueCat and EmailJS.

4. Device permissions

Notifications provide habit, task and focus reminders. Calendar access lets the app create or update events when you use the integration. You can manage these permissions in Android settings. Denying a permission may limit the corresponding feature.

5. Focus suggestions

Guided flow suggestions are generated by app rules using your habits and tasks. They do not constitute medical or psychological advice.

6. Retention and deletion

Organization data remains on your device or linked to your account while you use these features. Account deletion starts removal of your profile and associated records in the synchronization service and that account's local data. You can also make a request through the deletion page.

In-app deletion removes associated Firestore records, the authentication profile and local account data on the device performing the operation. If it fails, contact support. Exported calendar events and copies on other devices may require separate removal. Purchases and records held by providers are not automatically deleted; requests concerning these records are handled through the relevant service.

Support messages are retained for up to 12 months after a case is closed and then removed through periodic mailbox reviews. Messages needed to meet a legal obligation or exercise rights are retained only for that purpose and for the necessary period. This is not automatic deletion performed by the app.

Support provides an initial response within 3 business days. Email deletion requests are completed within 30 calendar days after account ownership is confirmed; any obstacle or necessary retention is explained to the requester.

7. Your rights and choices

You can request information, access, correction or deletion of data using the contact above. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment card details.

8. Security and changes

We use the integrated services' authentication mechanisms and HTTPS communication. No system offers absolute security. Significant changes to this policy will be indicated on this page with an updated date.

9. This website

This version does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. The hosting server may process technical access data to deliver and protect the website. Support links open your email app; a message is only sent when you confirm sending it.
